For those that don't know, there is a class action lawsuit being filed in the southwest area on behalf of the city carriers. Something to do with clock hours changed, showing they worked less than they did, and them not getting paid for it. It's going through a law firm in Texarkana, of all places. I believe it was allowed by a federal court in Texas.
I was wondering what ideas any of you would have of the rurals doing something similar over our EMA. Our unions never going to do anything about it. And I'm tired of being bankrupted by Potter and company for delivering their mail for them. If a suit was filed in every area in the country, I'm sure more than one of them would be allowed to go ahead by the federal courts. It would only take one to make it too national level to get something done.
