Duplicated "Log in Register" after upgrade of plone

Hi all,

I recently upgraded my plone from version 3.0.5 to 3.1.7 and have discovered it has caused a bug.

The "Login Register" on the right top side of screen is repeated twice (one below the other) and I have searched everywhere for the code that is duplicating it but I am not an experienced user.

When logging in the <User name> and Log out is also repeated twice

Please Help

Just go to the http://urlofyoursite/@@manage-viewlets and hide the extra viewlet that is showing.  For some reason a viewlet must have been registered twice.
