Drupal theme

[Wolf Bergenheim]

I have created a new Drupal theme for OSGeo, one with a bit more
color. You all can give it a try by first logging in at the osgeo.org
website, then edit your profile page and scroll down to where you can
select a theme. Select "OSGeo 2".

Please give feedback. If you all are ok with the new theme I will make
it the default.

I like it!

I do notice that "Your Open Source Compass" is not very readable on the
map background at the top.

Yeah. I think we could generate a version of the logo which would have
a white buffer around the text.
