Hello,
I've archived my music using FLAC files which allows free form
information for genre. For use on my PC and mobile player I convert
these files using LAME. My converter simply maps the GENRE tag from
flac to the --tg parameter of lame. This produces errors for most of
my music.
Is there any way to allow free form id3 genre tags, e.g. by forcing a
certain version?
