As the subject says,
I would like to remove that reference. The builds on 2.5.x have been
stuck all the day due to the repo being down (maven waits for a looong
timeout, much longer than my scarce patience).

Cheers
Andrea

I just did so locally so +1. I believe the opengeo repo should cover all
that the refractions repo does.

+1, please do. I recently had the misfortune of building 2.4.x, and a
dead repo for Jetty made it an agony. Anyone who culls dead or broken
repos has my thanks.

2.5.x builds are sometimes still endless yet due to the refractions repo
  still used in <pluginRespositories>:

[INFO] snapshot org.geotools.maven:jjtree-javacc:2.5-SNAPSHOT: checking
for updates from refractions

mind if I remove that entry too?
