The simple question is, who job is it to call in RCA to cover a route to get it cover? Is it the reg/rca job to call everyone on the matrix and seniority list or is it management job? If I read and understand the contact right it is management job article 30, page 110 I believe on the contract.
And yes I have gone to the union Stewart and been told it was management job, but when I and the stewart says something we are told to get over it or start looking for new line of work.
