Hey Doc team-

The editors are planning a doc sprint for April 2th and 25th to help
implement some of the things on our roadmap.
We're keeping this a very focused sprint, so our two main goals are to
finish up PHC customizations, and to tag docs as knowledge base or
core docs (in anticipation for the split). We also have plenty of
ongoing tasks and writing to do and I'd like to invite the doc team in
general to participate.

You can find details here:
http://www.openplans.org/projects/plone-documentation/april2009sprint

If you plan on participating, please add your name to the wiki page.
You can see the list of tickets that are in scope for this sprint. If
there is something else you would like to work on during the sprint,
please tag it in trac as April09Sprint.
We do need both programmers and writers for this sprint. If you need
details on the PHC work to be done, please see Steve M.
Editors- if you would like help working on manuals, this would be a
good time to recruit a group of people to work with.

Please reply to the list if you have any questions or comments.

We will meet in #plone-docs both the 24th and the 25th.

Happy sprinting!

JoAnna

I unfortunately cannot participate, as I'm in the final push on my book.
Anne and I will coordinate separately on what we need to do in order to be
ready for the transition.

Can you clarify how the tagging will work? Is what we've done in our Open
Plans pages sufficient, or are we tagging the docs on plone.org somehow?

Thanks,

- Veda

For the purposes of this sprint, we'll tag just what's in our spreadsheets.
We will have to eventually tag it on plone.org, but we need directions
from SteveM to make sure we do it in a way he can use.
