Hi,
could somebody give me an example on how to do a distance search?
I have PostGIS with a table that has a spatial column, containing
point objects in wgs84 (SRID 4326). I want to create a Linestring
object that represents a route on the map and find all points from the
table with a specified distance from that route.
I already learned that its not that trivial and I maybe have to
transform the points to a different projection. But also an example of
the basic syntax would help =).
