Yes, its absolutely possible.
If you mail me the setup you use, I will (probably) fix it.
Feel free to report other bugfixes as well (and requests).
There are so many possible setups that I havent managed to test everything.
(by the way, screenshot of this and other sites you have made with subskins are greatly welcomed).
