Developing a new Provider using(C++ or C#)

I am trying to develop a custom provider from a database. Is there some document/tutorial for beginners to develop provider using FDO. I searched through this forum and found Writing a provider link but there is no use full information.

Any information will be appreciated.

I don't think that C# is supported for providers, and I don't think that
there is any getting started documentation yet.

Your best bet is probably to look at an existing DBMS provider
(King.Oracle or PostGIS may be easiest to understand) and come back if
you have questions.
