The files in both Archetypes and PlacelessTranslationService are not
used by Plone right now, so they should not be part of
_Plone_Translations ;) For CMFSquidTool I have to have a look but I
guess the same applies here.
For the kupu files we already had a discussion with the kupu maintainers
offering them this possibility but they rejected it, basically because
kupu is not only used in Plone but also in a lot of other projects. If
you want to update the kupu translations you have to contact the kupu
maintainers or ask them to give you SVN access.
