Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

Chandler still can’t handle dates like ’22 Oct 09”?? it comes out ‘Oct 9’.

Does that occur when
22 Oct 09
is entered in the quick entry field of Chandler Desktop?

Or when
22 Oct 09
is entered elsewhere?
