DIXIE'S SURGERY

Just got phone call from KS who heard from Shawn, Dixie's son. Dixie had 2 stents put in and a balloon treatment. She is out of surgery...in recovery.  She should be home sometime tonight and will probably be back on the computer tomorrow.

Tig- thanks for posting this and Rew -thanks for pinning.  Shawn said that Dix would be staying at his brother and wife's house till she goes home.  She immediately got feeling back in her pinkie  finger which was going numb before.  Shawn was still at the hospital waiting for her to be released.  He's such a nice young man.  He also told me that he has a time share with Blue/Green and that we should see if there is something in West Virginia that we could use.  So Bus, if you have a chance can you check it out since I'm computer limited until later today?  We'd be looking at the Cannan Valley area or down at the river area.  Thanks!

Thank you all for the prayers and good wishes....you are the best! Well, I did Ok thru the stents and balloon thingy. I was awake thru it and it was a little uncomfortable. They gave me something to relax me, enough for 3 patients I was told, but it wasn't enough...They should have just gave me a tall glass of wine..woulda worked better. lol I decided to stay at home in my bed and my oldest son's wife, Kasey, stayed with me the first night and her daughter, Megan..the missionary gal, stayed the second night..then I asked to be alone the third night...big mistake. That was the worst night. I felt like there was a large fist inside my leg, where they cut me, (the groin area), that was trying to push out. UGHHHH! Right now, things are better, I am grounded until next Wed. though. My pinky finger was normal for about a few hours, now numb again, but I feel as though I have more energy, so I sure hope this worked. I was able to sleep on my left side last nite, the first time in about 5 years, before the stents, I couldn't breath well on that side. It is hell getting old!!!  Weezy signing out for now..I love you all.

Now do as the doc told you to do, Weezy. I was thinking of ya yesterday...Bill & I went to Lowe's and they had a igloo with penguins that pop out the top...immediately thought of you.. I have to get it!!! Love ya Beeatch!!!
