DC CONTROLLER REPAIR

I am considering the possibility of forming a controller repair company and I am in process of determining the feasibility of such a venture.  The electronic technician expertise is available, however, electronic test requirements are vital in determining repair approach and subsequent result.

If anyone has an idea on where such information might be found I would appreciate your advise and guideance.
