Cutting Atmopshere 0.4 today 10/26

Salut,

I will spend the day testing the 0.4 trunk and will cut the release. The
only issue we have so far was the @Resume problems which has been fixed by:

   * adding support-session=true in atmosphere.xml
   * get the UUID from the Location header after invoking @Suspend

Both Viktor and Paul have proposal on the table, but I would like to
postpone them for the next release so our community can get something
stable since the last release in July.

Then the twitter/blogs attack can start :-)

I'm in for a rough start this week but can prolly cut something out by the weekend.
