Hi Everyone,I have taken up a new hobby, cross stitch I am really enjoying it.Am still doing card-making when I am able(hands playing up) I got a program for the PC to convert photos to cross stitch charts,so I am going to be doing cross stitch of all the animals now.
We have 2 dogs,4 cats and a horse,so I'm going to be busy, must make a start on Christmas cards too.

My next X Stitch is going to be of my dog(a Jack Russell) who died a couple of years ago,his name is Bob.I converted a photo of him to a cross stitch chart, ordered the threads today and they have been posted already,so hopefully I can make a start on it tomorrow. Will post it here when it's finished.  I made 4 Christmas cards this evening too,so things not too bad at moment(apart from the IBS)

That's brilliant Rita! What patience you must have!

Can't wait to see the one of your old Jack Russell, they're such cute little dogs.

Yer making me feel very guilty and lazy that I haven't yet made a start on any of my Ch*****as cards yet........no chance today though with all the fingers on me left hand looking like a load of sausages where they're soooooo swollen......Might be a good excuse to actually buy ready mades this year eh?

You'll have to post a piccy of yer next one on here too so we can all 'ooh' and 'ahhh' over it.

Gentle hugglies you clever ole thing you.

Thanks Hippy and Joo  Have just done some more Christmas cards with some card embroidery images I made a few weeks ago.The Jack Russell cross stitch is going well .I was sooo tempted this year Hippychick to buy my Christmas cards as I haven't felt like doing much at all,my wrists are playing up something chronic. and the fatigue is unrelenting, but I have pushed myself to make an effort.
I will post the picture here of the JR cross stitch when it's finished.

Confession time!! I've bought cards this year and it's a positive thing as they're FMAUK ones!! And they're a lot nicer than lasts years design, they were a bit boring!

So, don't feel guilty, my motto for life - if I can!!
