Whats your feelings towards Providence's Crime Rate?  How do you think the Providence Police Department is doing?

Chris,

I think Providence could do more to reach out to the population that is caught up in the drug dealing trade (18-24 yr old). It's becoming a problem in my neighborhood. I had a user (crack) come into my backyard one afternoon. Not a pleasant experience. A short while later, I wished I had a phone number to give him --to get some help.
