Crickets, I think I hear crickets. How do we get our shipmates to find this awesome web site?
Was there a spead sheet of crew memebers names?

Dave,
I am running out of ideas here. I have advertised the reunion in all of the usual reunion places on line as well as sent letters to the base newspapers for San Diego, Norfolk, Puget Sound, Pearl Harbor and Mayport. I also added the info to the Navy Memorial page and all of the Veterens organizations that post reunions.
What we need is to find a (very wealthy) Plank Owner and purchase a 30 second spot during the Super Bowl or something.
If you have any other places we can advertise please let me know.
To date I have located about 100 or so crew members. Hopefully that number will increase.

Thanks for getting in touch. I've been wondering if anyone would ever be interested in having a reunion. I've left messages on Military.com but only got in touch with a couple of plank owners. Glad someone is taking on the task of organizing a reunion. It would be worth the time and effort to make plans to travel to Norfolk and see Nassau again and rub elbows with some ol' shipmates.
