The Grand County Council will be considering the approval of the
Evaporation Ponds Ordinance TOMORROW night - 7 p.m. Grand County
Council Chambers
125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.

This is not a public hearing.

This is a matter of GREAT importance to the public, the community and
future of the amenity/recreation economy in Moab.

Tell your friends, your business associates, your neighbors.

Come and listen to the decision that the County will make for ALL of
our futures.

"Discussion and Consideration of a Proposed Amendment to the Land Use
Code Regarding a New Section for Evaporation Pond Facilities for
Produced Water Disposal Standards (Community Development
Representative)"
