BE IT RESOLVED: That all future National Contract Agreements will be submitted to all State Boards, electronically in PDF form, for examination before they are sent to the craft for Ratification voting.
INTENT OF / REASON FOR CHANGE: To allow for the State Boards to examine the Agreement and advise the National Board as to the level of support that may be expected from the individual States, before the expense of mailing out the Agreement is incurred by the National Office. Further, to reduce the possibility of a poor Agreement being presented to the craft, if the National Board is notified in advance that there little support for the tentative Agreement.
