1) Each contestant can submit up to THREE (3) captions per scene.
2) Open to U.S. residents only
3) The winner will be determined by a panel of individuals unaffiliated with Tracksounds. NEW! each member of the panel will rate each of the finalist's captions on a scale from 1 to 10 (1=poor, 10=excellent). The caption that totals the HIGHEST total score wins. In the event of a tie, the judges will cast a single sudden-death ballot for the caption they vote as the winner.
4) Winners will be chosen based on their ability to write the most clever, witty or humorous caption. (Captions do not have to follow the storyline of the respective scene or film.)
5) Entries may not contain profanity or any durogatory comments or references towards any ethnicity, culture, or religion. Any such references will be deleted from the forum and disqualified. The administrator also reserves the right to permanently ban any repeat offender.
6) Entries may not contain inappropriate/explicit sexual references. Such material will be deleted from the forum and disqualified. The Tracksounds Administration Team reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of submissions that contain questionable content. The administrator also reserves the right to permanently ban any repeat offender.
6) At the end of each contest period a winner will be posted in the Caption thread. The winner must send an email to
contestadmin AT tracksounds DOT com containing their mailing address (name, address, city, ST, zip or postal code)
7) Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the United States
8) The prizes will ship directly from the sponsoring record label.
