All,
I'm about to check-in and activate the compression plugin code. This
will temporarily break the Win32 build, and probably be a bit unstable
for a while.
I recommend you stay at revision 3072, unless you want to start
playing around with compression plugins.
I'll write a follow-up email when things are tested, providing some
benchmark data.
