Commit Permission for zh-tw Translation

Hi folks,

I worked with zh-tw PO translation committer, TC Chou, for several months. He suggests that I apply for the commit permission. Any instructions for a committer-wanna-be to follow?

BTW, I translated the former page, http://plone.org/development/teams/i18n/translators-guidelines , but that link seems not existing anymore. Should those old info pages exist somewhere or will come back some other day?

The PloneTranslations product is in the Plone collective, so you need
commit access there.  Please follow these steps:
