Hi Marie,
we have had this kind of problem with one of our sites. Here are some
possible reasons why it happens:
* the Camino web browser was causing it
* the page was cached and the user that was the first one to access
the page didn't have english as his default language.
Otherwise, you might also want to check if there is not a bug in the
product PloneFormGen (you can go here:
http://plone.org/products/ploneformgen/ and look at the issues
corresponding to the version you use)
