Code not working on only one site!

Hello!  I have used shadowbox before on a few sites and it works perfectly here:

(the trailer link near the bottom)

I copied the shadowbox folder and code that I used from that site and tried it here:

(the little arrow in the box on the right - just for testing)
http://www.chantelhobbs.tv/index2.php

and it doesn't work!  Can someone please take a look and let me know if you have any ideas on why it's not working?
