Close Button On Top to The Right

Dear Guys, could you please help me to solve the problem.

I would like to make the close button of the Shadowbox on the top of the page in the right conner instead of the bottom in the navPannel? (like regular window in windows for example)

How to do this? I tried but it didn't work well?
