I've discovered that mixing cinnamon, brown sugar, and sour cream in the proper proportions makes something unbelievably tasty - it would work well for cheesecakes and fillings for other cakes, I think - although I'm tempted to eat it plain.
Try this and tell me what you think. Um, you might want the proportions . . . well, use lots of cinnamon (not just a few sprinkles, but like ten douses of it), even more brown sugar (a few tables spoons), and even more sour cream (um . . . probably about five times as much as you had brown sugar, but I could be wrong). Those proportions are approximate. Anyway, try it out and let me know!
