YOUR IDEA OR CHANGE Delete the office time credit for simplified address mail (boxholders) and add the time credit to Street time.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT With the tighter evaluations, and the increased possibility of breaking 2080, management will be scrutinizing office and street times to determine where a problem causing evaluation busting is at. With boxholders being credited as office time, instead of street time, mabnagement will be falsly assuming street time is the problem, when it is actually the additional time it takes to handle the boxholders on the street. Changing this item will better reflect the truth in street times.
