Hi
there are a lot of possibilities to categorize notifications for
different people. There are two things for you to focus on. First, you
can define for each category a "nodeDown" notification with a specific
Rule (e.g. catincWAN). All devices which matches this rule will be
send on a "destinationPath". You have to create a destinationPath
which defines one or more notification methods (Mail, SMS, XMPP etc.)
and a person or group which contains the contact informations.
