Can't install "Image Cutter" plugin

Can't install Image Cutter under Jaunty 64-bit, qgis 1.4.0-trunk
(revision 11737). The error message is:

The plugin is broken. Python said:
Bad magic number
in /home/nik/.qgis//python/plugins/image_cutter/resources.pyc
