My Plone 3 website johnfordelegate.com has portlets on the right and
left.

When I go to http://johnlesinski.com/@@manage-portlets the portlets on
the right column are not listed. Displaying @@manage-portlets without
a stylesheet does cause them to display either.

Is there any way to find out where the portlets on the right column
are coming from?

What I meant to write is that turning off CSS stylesheets does fix the
problem. It does not cause the portlets on the right to display in the
@@manage-portlets screen.

These portlets display on the main page. It is only on the @@manage-
portlets screen that they don't appear.

Is there any other way to manage portlets besides @@manage-portlets?

Which is it? Turning off stylesheets does or does not work?

One thought: have you perhaps added portlets to an object that is the
default page of a folder? If so, the link to "Manage portlets" probably
took you to manage the folder (or the Plone site root), not the
default-page object.

Martin, thank you for your response.

The problem turned out to have been caused by my having added portlets
using the Types folder on the Plone Control Panel. That is why I could
not see the portlets when I went to the front page and clicked on
"Manage My Portlets."

If one adds portlets using Types in the Plone Control Panel then one
can only remove them using Types.
