I won't go in to all the details, but I think my wife and I need it. She has never been so totally mad at me every day since her oldest drug dealing 32 year old son moved in with us.

He won't keep a job. He is smart enough to, but ends up quitting as soon as he is criticized at all. Other two boys hold jobs.

She is also mad I am now a J route instead of a K. I also farm, it bites into the time we used to have since I now have less days off.  Mail is at least as heavy as it used to be now that count is over. Lots more issues, need EAP but can't afford taking annual leave for it. DOUG

You are going to a doctor, you can use sick leave for  medical care.

I have used EAP once before for the same issue. It was on my time then. Counselor basically told my wife it was time for her oldest son to "grow up". He is back at it worse than ever, wife won't listen to me at all.

I have full backing of my Mother in Law and her other two sons on this. I now also suspect improper adult behavior being forced on my wife by him. She is afraid of him, so am I. He is trying every day to make me mad enough to hit him.

Mother in Law is coming up this evening to see if she can talk any sense into my wife. Wish us luck, the other boys would be here also, but the "local" one works two jobs with one shift being in the evening, the other graveyard. The other son is 2000 miles away.

If I / we would decide to use our Church pastor, would sick leave still work? DOUG
