Calendar / DatePcker example

Hi,
Where can I find an example of how to use input calendar/datePicker in Java and html pages.

Cause look's like js are not included when I check the result in my wicket application.

Follow the description how to use Modal Window at
http://wickext.googlecode.com/svn/doc/0.6/site/quickstart.html

It should be the same.

I think maybe you missed to extend from WickextWebApplication.
