CVS write access shutdown on Sunday for migration to SVN

The GRASS CVS Server will be closed tomorrow for write access
for the migration to SVN. Read access and rsync will remain
possible. Around 5-10 hours later the new SVN repository
will be available and further GRASS development will happen
there.
