Yes you read it right. The doctorwhocares got his first official complaint in 25 years after graduation, & 15 years after starting the GCVMS.
The gist of it are we are non-caring, arrogant, incompetent & concern more about money because we inform in advance about what we charged prior to visiting.
The matter is currently before the
Qld Health Quality & Complaints Commission, so we can't divulge any more information. But we will keep you posted here. We have faxed them the copies of our clinical notes & a covering letter explaining our position. There is always two side to a story. But rest assure, the doctorwhocares recollection is as clear as if it happened yesterday.
So if anyone else out there has a complaint against our service, this is the time to let loose. Statistically speaking, not everything is under the Bell curve. All those thank you cards from all corners of the world have to be balanced out. That's yin & yang.
But there is no point complaining anonymously. Otherwise we won't be able to cross check our notes. And more importantly, how can we learn from our mistakes, if we don't know whether there was a real mistake.
So get cracking. Let doctorwhocares hear your complaints.
We are not interested in praises. Those are primitive traits. And remember, you also have paid us; that is for those who actually have paid.
And by the way, stop writing thank you cards. Not that we don't appreciate it. But it is more unnecessary papers clogging our fragile environment.
