C++ Integration example

Hello all,

I just put together a writeup with a simple example to connect a C++ client to the Marketcetera platform.  It will allow a native code application to send an order to the Marketcetera OMS. It's on the wiki at http://trac.marketcetera.org/trac.fcgi/wiki/C%2B%2BIntegration.  Enjoy.

I tried to follow the "trac" link below, but it redirects to confluence.
I'm confused.
Where's the c++ example?
