I will raise these questions for someone to find answers to, that I have had no luck with during the past 12 mths. Best of luck.
Q1.  Who in DET is responsible or accountable for following up on Bullying in the Workplace?

Q2.  Why do District Directors allow principals to be "protected species" and not listen to staff or act on complaints?

Q3.  How long should a DET compensation claim remain "pending" when the issue is about Bullying in the Workplace?

Q4.  Why is it that DET can have policies like OHS, Equal opportunity Act, Public Sector Code of Ethics, Education Dept Code of Conduct and Management of Avoidable Sick Leave but not adhere to them or their procedures........infact simply ignore them?

Q5. How is it that NO TOLERANCE to Workplace Bullying is not common place and accepted practice in all our school workplaces?

I look forward with positivity to someone helping me through this chapter of harsh, unreasonable and illegal behaviour - that is called Workplace Bullying.
Anyone from Eastern Hills with some ideas?

I am sorry that I have no answers DISCO, but apparently if you put up the nice gloosy posters the union sent to all reps the problem will magically disappear.

This is a problem put in the too hard basket where it will remain until I become president of the SSTUWA. Then at least we will go down fighting and scratching.
