Buildout 3.2.2 MySQL-python error

When I run ./bin/buildout I get the error:

Getting distribution for 'MySQL-python>=1.2.1'.
While:
  Installing client1.
  Getting distribution for 'MySQL-python>=1.2.1'.
Error: Download error for http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/mysql-python/MySQL-python-1.2.3c1.tar.gz: (104, 'Connection reset by peer')

The only thing that could be calling this is a Product under eggs:
Products.ZMySQLDA

Yes that file does not exist when you try to access it directly.

How can I fix my buildout.cfg or will someone at Plone fix the buildout problem?

Can I be the only one experiencing this problem?
