Bug Report: Crash on add instrument

In latest from PPA (rev 1898), MuseScore crashes each time I try to
add a new instrument to an existing score.

Werner fixed this bug in r.1909. I reported it independently on the
issue tracker: http://musescore.org/en/node/1959
