We all know what is going to happen when the new president takes office. There will be a gaggle of liberal legislation enacted. As new supreme court judges are added, so too will the laws based upon international rulings rather than the constitution.
The downside of all of this is that a lot of damage is going to be done to our culture. The upside is that the Democrats will have no one to point a finger at when their terms are done. They own the whole ball of wax. And we need to remind folks of that every once in a while.
Start talking to the people you know. Organize groups of conservatives and meet every now and again to discuss what is going on in your local town, state and nationally. Bring food and family. Break bread together. Encourage one another. Tho' things are bad, there is nothing to get banged out over. Things will be what they are going to be and we will [for now] have to deal with them.
What we can do in the meantime is to recruit good conservative candidates to run in the next election at every level. Talk to all those you know; friends, family and those who attend your church or synagogue.
Be diligent to write letters to the editor of your local newspaper. Stay informed through all good news media. We are going to take back what was lost, never fear.
And where we can, we need to network nationally with other conservatives to help one another organize and share knowledge. This is the grassroots way.
