Blank GRASS dialog issue

I notice that when I call any GRASS function without arguments, I get
a blank dialog:

One needs to resize the window in order to view the content. I am
running 6.1.cvs on OSX 10.4.

This is an issue of the Mac OSX version of TclTk and Bwidgets. Lorenzo
thinks that this might be solved if we can update to newer version of
Bwidgets. This is currently problematic but I hope doable in the not too
distant future.
