Best online sources for flashing/strobe lights?

Being a new RCA, I was told my local P.O. is supposed to provide a strobe light when I run but the ONLY extra one they had doesn't work and say they can't get any more.

So where can I get a white strobe light (preferably LED) for the top of the car for a good price?

I am not sure about your state regulations, but in our state a white strobe is only for school buses. A carrier in our office was pulled over by a state trooper for using a white light.   We are only allowed to use amber lights. And , for long life a LED light has the longest life, also the least draw for power. Some LED will go for 15- 20 years.
