Beltaine pre-reg rates.

Hey, Folks... there's still time to take advantage of the pre-reg discount to register for Beltaine.

On April 15, the rate goes up for Beltaine.

Also, Membership is only $25 for one adult and $10 per teen (age 13-17) annually. Your membership entitles you to visit Our Haven during the day for free and pay only $5 per person for overnight camping. You may barter the overnight camping fee for just one hour of work on the land. In addition, members receive reduced rates to Our Haven sponsored events.

You can renew or get a new membership while registering for an event and take off the $10 at the above web site.

Thank you for those who are using the online registration, it saves Mane, Kristie, Mary and Sage a lot of time chasing down a lot of pieces of paper!

As per a face book post its been said that pre reg. rates are staying the same until the start of Beltaine..is this correct?

To answer your question, I have not been made aware of the rates staying the same, nor that there was an Our Haven face book page.  Now that I know about the face book page... knowing is half the battle (and the other half is violence) I can ask the house if this still stands, if so I'll change the prices.

When I was asked to put the registration pages online, I was given a list of pre-reg and gate prices, dates of the festival and the pre-reg cut-off dates.  Nothing more was mentioned about extending the rates... I'll find out for sure.

Alrighty... update to the updated update!  

Willow did her homework and the research.  Go Willow!  Some time ago, someone called the house and spoke to Mane about Beltaine.  He mentioned to this person that there was an extension of the pre-reg price up until the first day of Beltaine.  I had not been informed of this, that's fine and a lack of communication to be ironed out.

That person reported it on Face book and it was verified by Mary and Kristie that this WAS said by Mane to whoever was on the phone.  (I still have not logged onto face book so I still don't know who it was and doesn't matter!)  

So, long story short... the prices in the registration pages are now reflecting the pre-reg prices.  The last day that this will be offered is the 28th of April and starting on the 29th, registrations in the store will be the at-gate price.

So... get your registrations in!  Hurry, time is running out!
