AttributeError: atct_album_image when running a profile/quickinstalling a product

When I run a generic setup profile or quickinstall a product using a
script or using the plonesite part in buildout, I get the following error:

When I run it by hand in the zmi, it works fine.

I am using: http://dist.plone.org/release/3.3.1/versions.cfg

and I have the following versions installed: http://pastie.org/670057

This started to happen last week. I didn't have this issue before. Seems
like a product might have changed. But I haven't figured out which one
yet, because I didn't have everything pinned locally.

Looking at the issue, seems like it doesn't succeed to read the files in
the skins folder of ATContenTypes. Not sure why though.

z3c.jbot was the one creating the issue. Pinning it to 0.3 solved the
problem. Using 0.5.2 errors out.
