WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT Would like to add: All relief day work lists, from all delivery units in an installation, shall be exhausted before accepting any volunteers from regular carriers or requiring regular carriers to work by juniority at any delivery unit.

It is insane that Rural carriers HAVE TO WORK SIX A WEEK. What other UNION on the planet supports THAT? It is time to decertify Nation Rural Letter Carrier Association

How many hours do you work a week. Many carriers ask for j routes so they can work more and make more money. I suggest that you bid on a different route when the opportunity comes up and get of the H route. Unless all the routes are H and then maybe someone can retire and add some territory to each route so they are not H routes.
