There are many items that are disabled / do not exist in WinXp-Media
Edition / WinXp Home Edition.
For example it cannot be a member of a domain and various security
settings. Some of the SCAP content appears to be suffering from this...

In short, I believe that WinXP test should be replaced with WinXp-Pro
test...
