Another tricky one - U9405

Hi all,

so we have another tricky one - U9405 (RT9711BPB). There are four variants [1] of this component which require different symbols:

RT9711B.* and RT9711D.* have input EN active low, RT9711A.* and RT9711C.* active high;
RT9711[ABCD][PG](B|BG|J5) have 1 VIN input and 1 VOUT output (5 pins). but RT9711[ABCD][PG][SF] have 2 VIN inputs and 3 VOUT outputs (8 pins).

Ideas on how to name this symbol ? RT9711_BD_5 ?

This one is evil. I guess sometimes, you just can't win ...

Yeah, why not. It's falls out of the regular scheme, but I can't
think of anything that doesn't have other problems.
