Be it resolved that as the guidance for the counting of mail in almost all cases refers to eithe annual or special count of mail, the use of the term National Mailcount be terminated.
Reason for change: As there is no difference, eliminate the confusion on management's part, and prevent management from insisting that as the M38/ PO 603 etc refer to Annual mailcount insted of national mailcount, they do not apply to a National Mailcount.
