Good news: version 0.2.1 is out!
Here's why we think it's a Good Thing:
1. we've greatly improved the Ruby scripting engine in Photon:

2. we've added a few features to make troubleshooting the OMS easier -
you can now inspect the OMS setup using a JMX console that you can
point to the OMS, whether it's on the appliance or your local machine
3. upgraded Tradebase to use Rails 1.2 which allowed us to have real
decimal support (with BigDecimal) instead of using floats
4. We've fixed at least 60 bugs in the process - some of them were a
lot more fun than others: Photon on MacOS issues, improved OMS
stability, generally improved Photon workflow

Tahoe. For the next release, look for the following: support for
multiple FIX versions, equity options, basic risk analysis using
QuantLib and intra-day P&L calculation in the Tradebase.
As usual, Marketcetera Platform remains free, open-source software.
