Since most of us cannot afford to go to meetings, such as National OR State, especially after the last 2 mail counts, ALL meetings should be available for any dues paying member to watch live, via the internet, all meetings.
The printed minutes are not good enough. Not only do we get them 2-3 months AFTER the meeting, but it is important to hear the SPOKEN language as well in order to hear the tone. Any tone can be misrepresented when just read. We would also be able to body language which is also important, especially from our NATIONAL board.
